			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have to make this a SUPER FAST post &#8211; I&#8217;m SO behind in proofing!&nbsp; It&#8217;s been a crazy week&#8230;I promise to tell you more about it soon.&nbsp; </p>
<p>I said I was getting my butt back to the gym starting Monday, right?&nbsp; Didn&#8217;t happen&#8230;&nbsp; My entire family got sick over the past weekend, including me!&nbsp; I think it started as allergy/sinus icky stuff, but has turned into more.&nbsp; So, until the boys heal up enough to stay at the childcare, I&#8217;ll be working my fanny off at home&#8230;mostly catching up on proofing!</p>
<p>As of today, I&#8217;ve lost&#8230;</p>
<p><em><strong>18 POUNDS!!!</strong></em></p>
<p>Slowly, but surely, it&#8217;s coming off&#8230;</p>
<p>I promise to post more soon&#8230;</p>

<p>But, things have been busy around here.&nbsp; In fact, they&#8217;ve been SO busy that I haven&#8217;t really been focused on losing weight so much as just nourishing my body now and then.&nbsp; Yesterday, I was so busy, I realized at 9:30pm I hadn&#8217;t eaten since breakfast!&nbsp; Yikes!&nbsp; That&#8217;s no way to lose weight&#8230;as most of you probably already know.&nbsp; I&#8217;ve also been drinking less water &#8211; that is the hardest part for me.&nbsp; I HATE water!&nbsp; I&#8217;d much rather have a Large SONIC diet Dr. Pepper!&nbsp; </p>
<p>So, anyway&#8230;not a huge loss to tell you about, BUT&#8230;</p>
<p>I&#8217;m down <em><strong>16 pounds! </strong></p>
<p></em>I promise on Monday to get back in the swing of things and to get my butt to the gym more often!&nbsp; AND, drink more water!!!</p>

<p>I did not stay on Nutrisystem while I was in San Antonio.&nbsp; But, I was back on track quickly after my return.&nbsp; When I left for San Antonio, I had lost a total of 11 pounds.&nbsp; While I was on vacation, I gained a few pounds back (mostly water) because of our crazy schedule and long car trip.&nbsp; Now, though, I am proud to say&#8230;</p>
<p><em><strong>I&#8217;ve lost a total of 14 pounds!!!</strong></em></p>
<p>I&#8217;m still going strong and am very excited to report I&#8217;ve dropped two, did you hear me&#8230;<strong>TWO</strong>, dress sizes!&nbsp; YEAH for me!</p>
<p>I still have a long way to go before fitting into my size 3 pants in the attic, but I&#8217;m not giving up!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Welcome to Nutrisystem Week 4.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m not losing the weight as fast as I would like.&nbsp; I&#8217;ve been working out like crazy&#8230;LIKE CRAZY!&nbsp; Last week, I only missed one day.&nbsp; Seriously!&nbsp; Wes hates going to the childcare at the gym and pretty much screams the entire time we&#8217;re there.&nbsp; They&#8217;ve stopped coming to get me as often, though.&nbsp; I think we&#8217;re all hoping he&#8217;ll get used to it if we try hard enough.&nbsp; Still, I&#8217;m a little worried they want to hide when they see me coming in the door.&nbsp; </p>
<p>Ty, on the other hand, loves it.&nbsp; He can&#8217;t wait to get there to play with all the toys.&nbsp; I think he enjoys the other kids, too.&nbsp; But, mostly the toys (even though they are all old and donated &#8211; they&#8217;re new to him).</p>
<p>So, back to the topic at hand.&nbsp; Duh..duh..duh&#8230;<br /><strong><br /><em>I&#8217;ve lost a total of 11 pounds.</em></strong></p>
<p>Can I get a WOOT WOOT!!!</p>
<p>Okay, so my second shipment should be arriving any day.&nbsp; This is it for me.&nbsp; I&#8217;m not the type to spend a complete <em><strong>crapload</strong></em> on diet stuff.&nbsp; So, I&#8217;m giving this NS thing two full months.&nbsp; Then, I&#8217;m on my own.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It&#8217;s my weekly weigh-in day for Nutrisystem.&nbsp; Are you ready for this?</p>
<p><span style="font-size: 1.2em;"><strong>DOWN 5 pounds!!!!</strong></span></p>
<p>Can you believe it&#8230;because I can&#8217;t!&nbsp; I was hoping, <strong><em>really hoping</em></strong>, for some weight loss to inspire me, but I never thought I&#8217;d lose 5 lbs in one week!&nbsp; WOO HOO!</p>
<p>So, here&#8217;s the thing&#8230;can I lose 5 lbs a week for a whole month?&nbsp; That would be too awesome, wouldn&#8217;t it&#8230;&nbsp; Somehow I don&#8217;t think that&#8217;s going to happen, but I would love to lose 15 lbs this month!&nbsp; I can already tell my mid-section has flattened a bit and I do have more energy (even though Josh and my boys are still sick and I&#8217;ve had to become the <strong>BIONIC WOMAN</strong> &#8211; literally).</p>
<p>I&#8217;m still really frustrated about going to the gym OR LACK THEREOF.&nbsp; Because my boys have been sick, <em>along with my husband</em>, I haven&#8217;t been able to take them to the childcare area.&nbsp; Yesterday, I decided to give it a try (I thought Wes was feeling better) and within 5 minutes the gals had to come find me.&nbsp; Wes wouldn&#8217;t quit crying and was running a slight fever.&nbsp; I&#8217;m pretty sure his stuff stems from all the teeth that are pouring out of his gums.&nbsp; Still, I didn&#8217;t get to work out.&nbsp; </p>
<p>So, if <strong>any of you have some really great HOME programs for working out,</strong> please email me and let me know about it or leave them in the comments here.&nbsp; &nbsp;I would love to hear about what you guys do at home to stay fit.&nbsp; </p>
<p>I was thinking of purchasing one of those mini-trampolines.&nbsp; At least then I could fold it up and put it under my bed when I&#8217;m not using it.&nbsp; Do they really work&#8230;the whole jog or jump in place thing&#8230;?</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So, many of you already know I&#8217;ve been exercising and trying to lose weight.&nbsp; I decided to go <strong>ALL IN</strong> this time and actually <strong>LOSE THE WEIGHT</strong>!!&nbsp; Today was my first day on the <em><strong><a href="http://www.nutrisystem.com/index.cfm">Nutrisystem Advanced</a></strong></em> plan.&nbsp; This morning I had cereal, yogurt, and a few grapes for breakfast.&nbsp; That is totally unlike me &#8211; I&#8217;m not normally someone who eats breakfast.&nbsp; But, if I&#8217;m paying for this crazy expensive plan, I might as well do what it says and stick to it, right?&nbsp; Right!&nbsp; </p>
<p>So, anyway, not only do I want to follow the plan, but I want to be accountable.&nbsp; I figure if I share this information with you guys, it will be a lot harder for me to cheat &#8211; knowing that you&#8217;ll know if I do.&nbsp; I figure I have to weigh-in weekly anyway, I might as well tell you about how much weight I&#8217;m losing as it happens&#8230;in real time&#8230;SUPER COOL, huh.&nbsp; Who knows&#8230;maybe this will even inspire you to get started!</p>
