November 14, 2007 - 2:27 pm Megan - That sounds delicious! Here is a random silly simple side-dish recipe I just learned from my friend this last weekend... Dump one can of green beans in a casserole dish (drain first)... then top with 4 slices of Velveeta cheese and pop in microwave for 1 minute. Stir. Put in for 1 more minute. Stir again. Top with fried onions, microwave for 1 more minute. SERVE! So yummy!!! Be sure to double the recipe for a family.

November 16, 2007 - 12:58 pm cynthia - this sounds so good....really, anything with cheese is good!
