Not a Moment Too Soon…

Meet Jasmine and Wes…

and their tiny, little baby bump.

I met up with them for a VERY quick, last-minute session on late Thursday afternoon. It was so last-minute that BOTH of my boys were in the van watching a movie while I shot these photos (thank goodness for car DVD players). I’ve been booked solid for the last couple of months, and, as most of you know, I have NOTHING open before Christmas. BUT, I do try to make exceptions when absolutely necessary.

Jasmine was to be induced today. TODAY.

I knew if I couldn’t make it happen before the weekend, she’d miss out on some super-cute maternity photos. I’d really hate for that to happen!

We were only together for around 30 minutes, but look at how AWESOME these pics turned out! AND, just in the nick of time, too, because Jasmine went into labor only hours later. Little Kylin Royce was born VERY early Saturday morning. Congratulations, Jasmine and Wes, on your sweet little boy. I can’t wait to meet him!

Precure Family

The Precure family is expanding, and I can’t wait to see the cute little face that’s coming VERY soon! Until then, he’ll have to show off from inside his mama’s belly. He’s already a star!

AND, don’t forget his big sis who’s pretty excited about his arrival, too. This time around I met up with the gang at a local park for some hot, sticky, but fun shots to help tide us over until the little man gets here. As usual, I had a great time hanging out with the Precure family. I go home with sore cheeks every time I see them. I can’t imagine how big I’ll be grinning next time.

For now, here are my favorites! Amy, you look beautiful in EVERY shot!

UPDATE: Elijah "Eli" Charles was born at 12:54am. He weighs 6lbs 15oz and is 18 3/4 inches long!

Today is the day my best buddy has her newest baby boy! I'm so pumped for her and thought this would be the perfect day to show some of her maternity shots! I hope everything is going smoothly! As soon as I hear something, I'll post an update!

It must be the time of year for bellies to be growing. I’ve been getting a lot of calls for maternity sessions… I really like doing the sessions outside and showing a little personality with the shots, but every once in a while a client talks me into some subtle inside shots with a dark background. The nice thing about this couple is…they wanted BOTH! So, that’s what we did.

You might remember this cute couple from a session I did a while back…it turns out they had just found out they were pregnant back then, but were keeping it secret from me!

Oh, lets not forget this cutie pie either…
Meet Bandit the 3-legged Husky heartbreaker - He just happens to be an escape artist, too. That’s how he he lost a leg…BUT, let me tell ya…he gets around just fine!

I SO wanted to take him home with me!
By the way, after the fun of snapping shots of this adorable boy…I’d actually consider coming to your house JUST to take photos of your pets! No biting though!

Maybe I should come up with a Pet Session…what do you think?

You’ve seen my friends, the "W" family, in numerous photos here on the blog. Bella (little Shirley Temple look-a-like) is on here frequently since she is one of Ty’s good buddies. Plus, we just happened to vacation with them this past summer in Cabo! You probably remember their super cool beach photos! Well, it’s the start of a new chapter in the lives of "W" family. Their newest addition will be arriving in early May (which is just around the corner) and we can’t wait to meet him. So, without further ado, here’s little Walker James in his first family photos!
