Those are the second best 1 year old pics (after Bray’s) and I looooove the one where he has a breakdown on the bench, those are just as good as smiles!
Things are moving along nicely. Framing is nearly finished and now decking begins. I had no idea what that meant until a week ago. Apparently, decking is the plywood that goes on up top before shingles. In other words, the roof. HA! Who knew! What do you think of those big front and back porches? ...
