March 26, 2009 - 2:57 am - I don't remember high school guys being this cute. I don't think I went to school with a Dennis Quaid or Kevin Costner. Our guys were always awkward!! OK, so, why in the world are you up at this hour? I have a constantly coughing kid that must have abd muscles liked a ripped body builder now from all the dry coughing going on. We've sat in the cold air, closed ourselves off in the shower room to get steamy, and now, a second round of codeine for the night. I'm about out of tricks from the magic hat. You should do sick kid photo sessions, pics of exhausted moms in pjs, dirty houses, and those droopy puppy dog eyes.

It's funny how changing your perspective can change your daily life. We create our own experiences and those experiences shape who we become. This trip to Eureka Springs was nothing amazing. I didn't jump from any airplanes or hike to the top of Pike's Peak. BUT, I left there inspired.
